JULIE MICHELS - Administration/Bookkeeping

Julie has a passion for 'going the extra mile' to assist clients and her team members. With 9 years of office experience, Julie has had exposure to the many roles a busy office has to offer from Receptionist to Office Manager.

Julie's attention to detail and a flexible sunny attitude makes her an integral asset to her bookkeeping and administration role. She enjoys adding it, balancing it, and finding the answers. If you are struggling to keep up with the 'books' or would rather enjoy your time elsewhere then Julie's expertise may be just what you need to take the pressure off.




LISA FREEMANTLE - Administration/Reception

Lisa fulfills a challenging and diversified role in our practice. Although the majority of her office time is spent in reception, she also manages most secretarial and personal assistant roles. She has a Certificate III in Financial Services. Lisa has an envious energy level with a seeming ability to conquer the largest of work loads. Lisa and Patricia together have evolved work practices and procedures which have complemented the team as a whole greatly.

 

PATRICIA JONES - Adminstration/Record Management

Patricia is responsible for maintaining the quality control and integrity of our records managment system. The effective accessibility to our current and archived data is critical to office productivity. Due to Patricia's proven abilities in improving and upgrading this vital area our work output continues to improve. Patricia has certification in Office Practice and Reception, and regularly works in a broad range of other adminstration duties.
